Privacy notice
This notice explains what happens to the information you send through the contact form on pillardevs.com, why it is used, how long it is kept and what rights you have.
Who is responsible
PillarDevs is run by an independent software developer based in the European Union, who is responsible for your information (the data controller). For any privacy question or request, email manatee1009@dontsp.am. The operator's full identity is provided to anyone making a privacy request.
What the contact form collects
- Your name, email address and project details.
- Your company name, if you choose to provide it.
- The page address you sent the form from and, if the link you followed contained them, campaign labels (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content and utm_term). Other parts of the link are not kept.
- A random reference number, the date and time of your inquiry and the version of this notice that applied.
Please do not include sensitive personal information, such as health details, in your message.
Why it is used
Your inquiry is used only to reply to you and to discuss the services you asked about. This is processing at your request before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Spam and abuse protection, described below, is based on a legitimate interest in keeping the form secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Your information is not sold, is not used for marketing lists and is not used for automated decisions about you.
Where it is stored and who sees it
Inquiries are saved in a private Google Sheet that only the operator can access. The following providers process data to run the website and form:
- Cloudflare hosts the website and receives form submissions. Like any web server, it processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details to deliver the site and protect it. Your IP address is used briefly to limit repeated submissions and is not saved with your inquiry.
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is sent by a person rather than an automated program. It processes technical signals from your browser and device for that purpose.
- Google (Google Sheets) stores the inquiry record.
These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. They rely on recognised safeguards for such transfers, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. See the Cloudflare and Google privacy policies for details.
How long it is kept
Inquiries are kept for 24 months after the last contact with you, then deleted. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.
Cookies and tracking
The website does not use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Fonts and images are served from the website itself. Cloudflare Turnstile loads only to protect the contact form.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy of it. Email manatee1009@dontsp.am and you will receive a reply within one month. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in the country where you live or work. These rights are offered to every visitor, wherever you are located.
